Of Official Release Dates, best-seller list numbers, and a very stressed author

tl;dr? Seanan McGuire is awesome (and upset), Amazon and B&N have jumped a release date, online sales don’t contribute to best-seller lists, and you should buy Discount Armageddon from a bricks and mortar store if you possibly can on or after March 6th.
